Career Discovery Reimagined | Prosple

September 2020 Partner Update

In our September edition of the Prosple newsletter, we would like to provide you with a quick update on what we’ve been working on as a team to help connect employers, universities & students together moving into 2021!

When major events began being cancelled in March this year, we moved quickly to upgrade our Career Directory platform to allow universities, students and employers to continue connecting through Virtual Career Fairs. Since then, we’ve been lucky to work with so many of you on virtual career events of different shapes and sizes! We’ll finish the year having powered 54 virtual fairs instances across Australia and New Zealand, with over 15,000 total students attending!

As we wind down from the 2020 career fair season, we’re beginning to prepare for 2021. Thank you to everyone who has already completed one of our surveys or provided qualitative feedback. We’re excited to share the results and insight from our virtual careers fair foray this year below:

If you work for a university career service and would like to discuss your career fair plans for 2021 with us, please reply to this email and we’ll set up a time to chat.

You asked, we listened! Due to popular demand, Prosple will be running a series of webinars covering a range of topics designed to keep employers and universities ‘in the know’ on the latest insights, trends and new ways employers are attracting their desired candidates.

We hope you can join our first webinar on Wednesday the 7th of October at 2pm AEST / 4pm NZST, where AGRIA finalist and Prosple’s own Sam McDonald will be presenting on ‘Evergreen Graduate Marketing Strategies’ and how leading employers are adopting new and innovative approaches to attracting early talent. Sam will be joined by Stephanie Kish from Pitcher Partners and Janani D’Silva from Capgemini to share their insights on what strategies their companies have adopted.

Please note: spaces for this webinar are limited, so we’re operating on a first come first-served basis.
In the last month we released more than 30 Virtual Experiences onto some of our university partners’ Career Directories.

Click on the respective university logo below to see the Virtual Experiences that are live on these University Career Directories:

If you are a university and would like Virtual Experiences included in your university career directory, please reach out directly to us.

As always, if you have any ideas, comments or feedback please reach out to either myself, your account manager, or any of the Prosple Team!
