Your role

AECOM is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to assist the East Region Marketing Team. This will be a remote position and will be expected to support the Eastern Time zone.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Works with a variety of technical and marketing staff.
  • Works under general supervision and collaboration with the Business Development Team.
  • Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
  • Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.

Salary & benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00.

About you

Minimum requirements:

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a similar field with the intent to continue after the internship, unless graduating.
  • Must have completed 3 years of study.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understand marketing and communications.
  • Hands-on experience / previous internship experience a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (current version): Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate within a team setting.
