Every day, a new challenge. Every day is a chance to make a difference. Every day, talented people like you join Arup.
We meet our client’s goals in many different ways. We’re a diverse community of tenacious problem-solvers, daring designers, creative coders, imaginative engineers, insightful economists, inventive acousticians, and experts in many other disciplines. There are always new problems to solve and new ways to collaborate, as we shape a better world.
At Arup you’ll gain first-hand exposure to innovative, sustainable, multi-disciplinary projects from the very start.
Our Graduate Development Program runs over two years covering a variety of learning and development opportunities, supplemented by on-the-job exposure, working with your team and consulting with clients. The combination of formal learning and industry exposure will ensure you have the skills for a successful career and enable you to build your professional network.
The programme launches with Graduate Connexion, which brings the entire Australasian graduate cohort together virtually in a variety of learning workshops, events and activities over the first few weeks of the Graduate journey. This includes meeting and hearing from some of our influential leaders and provides the opportunity for networking with graduates from other disciplines from around the region.
Our Summer Vacation Programme is 12 weeks of paid work experience over the summer university break.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to Arup’s ground-breaking projects while receiving a mix of on-the-job and professional development training and building your network with the best in the business.
By being part of the program, you will also be automatically considered for a graduate role, putting you ahead of the pack! Applications are open to students in their penultimate year of study.
