In this program, you will develop a high degree of knowledge and experience in continuous integration, testing, delivery, and deployment. You will work, with colleagues, towards a zero-touch approach from artifact delivery to deployment, operation, and ultimately decommissioning.
You will also develop your abilities to identify the best approaches and tools available, engage with suppliers and deliver technical designs and implementations to stakeholders and colleagues. Throughout your working items and projects, you will help bring culture change through an ‘Automation First’ approach. Being agile and applying the principles of technical excellence will be pivotal in this role.
You’ll learn everything from communication, project management, change management, and stakeholder management plus a whole lot more. By the end of your placement, you’ll be a well-rounded professional with the skills you’ll need to really develop your career. And for successful placements, you could be offered a fast track to a graduate scheme. Commercial Management Industrial Placement is available in the Enterprise part of the business.

As part of the recruitment process, you’ll have the chance to discuss smart working and how it might work for you.
BT UK respects each other, value diversity, and celebrate differences. They want everyone who works for them to feel able to be themselves. They want to lead the way to a bright, sustainable future. To do that, they have made a set of commitments to ensure they always strive to be responsible, inclusive, and sustainable. This Manifesto will help them achieve their purpose to connect for good.
