Very unsatisfied with my managers. They are not accessible and not good mentors. From the outset it was made clear it was not a ask as many questions as you want type deal, so I find it hard to communicate with them. Performance feedback is accurate and fine, although I feel like I haven't been recognised enough for my work.

My manager is incredibly lovely and supportive. He also recognizes my accomplishments and I feel valued within the team. I feel very lucky to have such an awesome manager.

Yes, my manager is fairly informal which makes him approachable and easy to work with. He is a good mentor but he isn't as technical nowadays so I often go to other team members for technical support.
