Your role

As an associate you are expected to:

• Lead advisory M&A including buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising.
• Global inbound and outbound transactions with international and national blue chip clients, emerging companies, and private equity firms.
• The support of key transaction activities including market research, development of marketing materials and other deal documents, valuation, and financial analysis.

About you

•  A University Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
•  A relevant post-graduate qualification (for example CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA), completed or in progress, will be highly regarded.
• An understanding of or the ability to quickly develop financial acumen: financial statements, analysis, and model development.
