Your role

This 10-week work placement program runs alongside the summer internship program and provides students with disabilities an opportunity to gain professional experience across various divisions in the bank. 

• You can look forward to gaining professional experience through hands-on learning with your team, as well as projects assigned to you.
• You will contribute to the innovation of new ideas to help its clients and colleagues achieve their goals.
• The work placement program is an ideal way to learn whether a career in Banking meets your needs and aspirations.

Training & development

The program will consist of an orientation including an introduction to Deutsche Bank and divisional deep dive training sessions, along with structured workshops and skills sessions. It will provide you with the opportunity to speak to and learn from senior colleagues and recent graduates through networking sessions, buddy programs, and mentorship programs. 

Salary

The average salary for this role at Deutsche Bank Singapore ranges from SGD 23,000 to SGD 24,000 per year. (Source: glassdoor)

Career progression

The work placement program will provide you with opportunities for structured training, practical skills development, and project-based experience and learning. High-performing candidates may be offered a conversion into the Summer Internship or Graduate program but please note this is not guaranteed.

This work placement program is designed for students with disabilities who are in their pre-penultimate or penultimate year of study, across all degree disciplines.
