Gender Equality at Fujitsu

Striking a gender balance is one of Fujitsu's key areas of focus. This year, there has been an impressive increase in the number of women in Graduate and traineeship programs, technology-focused roles, and executive roles.

Fujitsu is a proud member of Females in Information Technology (FiTT), an industry association that aims to create a voice for women in ICT, promote gender balance in the industry, and provide mentorship and development opportunities for women in Australia. Fujitsu is also a corporate member of Women in Information and Communication (WIC) in Canberra and supports a number of initiatives in this region.
