Gender Equality at Fujitsu

Fujitsu welcomes all applicants, regardless of, for example, gender, ethnicity, age and sexual orientation to apply for their Graduate Program.

Fujitsu believes that a successful business is one that taps into everyone’s ideas and strengths.

Striking a gender balance is one of Fujitsu's key areas of focus. This year, there has been an impressive increase in the number of women in Graduate and traineeship programs, technology-focused roles, and executive roles.

Fujitsu is a proud member of Females in Information Technology (FiTT), an industry association that aims to create a voice for women in ICT, promote gender balance in the industry, and provide mentorship and development opportunities for women in Australia. Fujitsu is also a corporate member of Women in Information and Communication (WIC) in Canberra and supports a number of initiatives in this region.

Fujitsu celebrates exceptional women and is proud to have had finalists in the NZ Reseller News Women in ICT Awards for the last two years.
