Your role

The People Operations (Pops) team strives to revolutionize human resources like Grab has revolutionized transportation & financial inclusion in SEA. Interns in People Operations have the opportunity to perform their internships in a different team, including but not limited to the following areas:

Compensation & benefits

The typical Intern salary at Grab ranges from SGD 12,000 to SGD 18,000 per year. This estimate is based on the salary report provided by Grab Interns in Glassdoor.

About you

The must-haves:

• Being agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a positive attitude and can-do spirit is critical 
• You should have strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• You should be a full-time student majoring in Business, Economics, Management, or related fields seeking a matriculated internship
• You should be enrolled in a Singapore university, Singaporean/ Singapore PR studying abroad

The nice-to-haves:

• The ability to design simple social posts and write persuasive copy with a friendly tone may be an advantage
• The ability to contribute creative ideas to campaigns and be hands-on.
