How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
The company is very flexible with when and where the hours are worked. The hybrid work set-up makes it easy to work from wherever is most convenient. There is also flexibility with when the hours are worked, with the understanding that you can work hours that suit you as long as the hours and work are completed.

Generally flexible, but long hours

My team is super flexible with the hours I work. I tend to stick to 9-5 but some days I like doing 8-4 or in summer I'll do 7-5 with a long lunch break so I can soak up the sun! My team makes sure that if I am working over 40hrs, I take time in lieu as there are some weeks where deadlines are tight and there's a lot of work to do and I don't mind doing it because I know I've banked time up to take off at a later time

Very flexible - I normally work 8-4:30 and work from home on Wednesdays - however they are happy for me to work early or later if needed and to work from home as needed as well

Completely flexible. As long as we have a discussion with our manager we can work as many hours in the office/home as possible.

My work hours usually float around the 40-45 mark. Whenever I am stressed and overloaded with work my team is more than happy to assist.

Most of the year I have kept to the standard 40-hour week. At the moment I am doing a bit more because of the project I’m on but I don’t mind because I enjoy the work. There is flexibility to work at different hours of the day and accommodations for appointments, etc.

Very flexible. Currently, no mandate for graduates to be in the office. People of my level tend to work from the office 2-4 days a week. Graduates in my team can move to work part-time if they wish. Many people work overtime.

I work 40 hours a week at a minimum. There are weeks where this is a lot higher due to travel. The work environment is very flexible and on a desk week, I aim to be in the office 2/3 days and work from home at other times.
