We’re a rapidly growing organisation that combines the best of innovative startup culture with exciting scale-up growth opportunities. We’re looking for smart, kind and curious individuals who want to grow beyond their current abilities and work with us on our most pressing problems.
This is definitely not your average sales position. This is a high-touch, consultative role whereby you will be partnering closely with employers to help them attract and retain their ideal candidates.
We have hit success, but are still a small team with plenty of scope for you to help shape where we go next. Combining flexible work with an exciting breadth of responsibility, you will have a real impact and be joining a high-performance culture and team with a track record of building successful businesses that disrupt markets.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent presentation and communication skills. You are self-directed, able to work autonomously and have confidence in prospecting for new leads and developing the sales strategy. Previous experience in sales is looked upon favourably, although not essential. Experience in careers, recruitment, media or higher education sectors is highly regarded.
If you’re a self-starter and hungry to capitalise on this one-off opportunity, we want to hear from you!
We’re accepting applications now, intending to start ASAP.
Apply by sharing your CV and a short cover letter.
If it’s not you, but you know someone who fits the bill, introduce us and we’ll gladly pay a $5,000 finder’s fee if they are hired!
