Your role
This is definitely not your average sales position. This is a high-touch, consultative role whereby you will be partnering closely with employers to help them attract and retain their ideal candidates.
We have hit success, but are still a small team with plenty of scope for you to help shape where we go next. - Performance-based earnings, with uncapped commissions. On target earnings of $150,000+

Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment attraction campaigns for leading companies in Australia and New Zealand
- Using your skills and industry knowledge to provide objective advice and expertise on the best strategy to recruit and retain Gen-Z talent
- Leverage Prosple’s proprietary data to identify opportunities to improve graduate program structure and recruitment practices
- Skilled relationship manager who can demonstrate an exceptional ability to manage complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Leverage your network and current customers to generate referrals
- Maintaining the CRM database and reporting on sales progress
- Representing our business at industry events and conferences
About you
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent presentation and communication skills. You are self-directed, able to work autonomously and have confidence in prospecting for new leads and developing the sales strategy. Previous experience in sales is looked upon favourably, although not essential. Experience in careers, recruitment, media or higher education sectors is highly regarded.
