  • Within 2.5 years of experience in this company, I feel that this company facilitate me to grow and have career development.
  • The company uses hybrid working system, so I can WFH or WFO. Flexible working hours is also one of the advantages of working here.
  • In my workplace, I can get more flexibility between professionalism and creativity.
  • Zenius always encourages employees' development, training, and well-being. Seeking new ideas and innovation has been fun. Co-workers are very friendly. Managers are very open and supportive. It's great to work for a company that not only aims to grow and flourish ahead but also holds vital values.

  • Since my division is considered new, the divison hasn't found the most effective workflow. There are still trials and errors in that part.

All Zenius' learning videos were free access around 2019-2021 to support distant learning in the pandemic era. #SemuaBisaZenius, - Zenius initiates educational competitions and events with amazing prizes. Free of charge to join. Check: Misi Agustusan, Mulai Dari Oktober Seru, etc. - Zenius occasionally provide good quality animated videos (see: ZenXplore) to give insights and knowledge to anyone. It can be accessed for FREE from the app. Personally, since I have a background of education field, I share my knowledge and insight through YouTube. Other than that, as a content writer of Zenius, I write lots of articles related to knowledge, learning, and insights which also can be accessed for free (No Ads, no login, no subscription needed) through Zenius Blog I am glad my company truly committed to its vision of provided good quality education for Indonesians.

The company is a bit of a hybrid between organic and mechanistic organization. The structure is now leaning to be mechanistic as it grows into a more settled company. However, the decisions at the lower level are usually made by consensus among team members. The teamwork is great. Everybody in the office knows their responsibilities during work hours. The socialising usually begun after 6 pm. There are chatting and singing after hours.

My job is to make storyboards for animation series and it is really enjoyable. It isn't as simple as it looks. There are so many procedures involved, from script breakdown, blocking plan, shot designs, etc. And every single one of the procedures is fun since there are so many creative processes with brilliant people involved. Working here is really a great experience.

It's comfortable with open space desk. The location also accessible with public transportation. I think company has to build private room for prayer (sholat), since the recent place was too small.

The recruitment process are faster than expected. On the first assessments, I made a video about unusual topic, and answered basic logical questions. On the second assessment, I answered subject problems. On third assessment, I did microteaching. And last were user interview and HR interview.

I guess it's pretty good for my first job, but i don't really know about bonuses.

The development programs focus mainly on critical thinking and teaching skills. Because the programs are still new, the curriculum needs to be improved to achieve the desired result from the employees. The link between development programs and benefits employees get from them is also a bit vague so nobody knows what will they get from aside from increased skills.

I'm not sure. But since everything is cloud-based, at least we barely use papers. Also, there's no straw along with the automated commercial coffee machine. For specific projects/efforts, I don't know.
