This section will ask you to place the following:
Almost similar to the “About the organisation” section under the Employer profile but this time you should give a summary and position description of the opportunity. You can follow the suggested headings and sections of the description.
This is where you need to identify the study fields/majors that you will be accepting for this role. There is also a section where you can customize the pathway for someone to be fit for this opportunity. Lastly, there is a portion for working rights if you require that for this role.
Place your annual salary for this role. If casual or part-time, estimate an annual pro-rated amount and indicate the per hour/week, etc pay in the additional comments section. You can also use the additional comments section to identify other benefits of the role.
Note: Make sure to put in the right amounts here as anything placed here will be shown to students.
Identify if it is on-site, remote or both and pick the countries you are hiring. It is ideal to use the location description to identify the exact office location they will be working in. If remote then you can simply put “100% remote work”
Identify the time zone so that this will appear and close on the dates you indicated while dependent on the timezone. The latter portion is identifying when the successful hire starts working with you.
This is by far the most important sub-section as this is where the “Apply now” button will be based. It's either you place your unique ATS link for this opportunity or choose to apply directly via Prosple.
By clicking save, you will be seeing a prompt telling you this will be live shortly or might take longer if you opt to have candidates apply directly via Prosple(as this option still needs to be uniquely created for the job by the Customer Success team before the opportunity gets live). A customer success team reviews your submission the next business day and this will eventually be online in the next hour or two.
The filling-up process might be lengthy but this helps assure that we give enough information to the right candidates for this opportunity.
Note: You can publish or unpublish jobs on this section as well by using the toggle on that page. You can upload as many jobs as possible but the published jobs will depend on the number of job slots left/available on your profile. Coordinate with your AM or email [email protected] if you wish to add more job slots to your profile:
