2020 has been a big year for Prosple. Between March and October, we powered 52 individual virtual fair instances. These included general career fairs, diversity focussed fairs, alumni events, and study fairs. After taking feedback from students and employers and consulting with universities, we’re pleased to formally announce a series of Super Fairs we’ll facilitate with many partner universities in 2021.
We run our virtual career fairs through the Prosple career directories of our partners. A Career Directory is an all-in-one university branded career platform that allows students to discover opportunities, employers and alumni within a sleek user experience.
Virtual events can be run within a partner’s career directory with the support of Prosple’s team. Students can review employer profiles and opportunities in advance of the event and can join them in a video room at the click of a button when the event is live.
Exhibitors have the flexibility to submit an agenda in advance and run a seminar, or simply hold a live Q&A session. At the end of the event, a list of students that attended each booth can be shared with the exhibitor of each booth (provided the students and university consents).
From the events we powered in 2020, there was an average of 763 unique visitors per fair.
To help bring relevant and valuable events to students and employers alike, Prosple has proposed a series of Super Fairs to run throughout 2021.
Here are the dates and themes so far:
Each fair will be simultaneously run on multiple university career directories as well as on GradAustralia for all other students. At the time of writing in October 2020 there are approximately 8 confirmed partner universities for each fair.
These fairs will be at no cost to employers, universities or students. Prosple employer partners will be invited by their account managers, and universities will be free to invite their own industry partners.
Agreeing to host a Super Fair instance is a fantastic way to connect your students with top employers. University partners can brand the fair as their own and run it from within their own career directory.
As a host, you can invite your own industry partners to appear exclusively on your instance of the fair.
Both universities and employers will receive detailed reporting and analytics on the fair afterwards in an accessible format.
If you’d prefer to run your own fair, Prosple can also provide that also for very affordable prices
We expect university partners to promote the fair to students through their own channels. Our team can support you with branding, assets and advice on how to get the message out to students.
If you’d like to co-host one or more of our Super Fairs, or run your own virtual career fair, please contact us so we can walk you through how it works. Express your interest now!
Super Fairs let you connect with high-quality students and recent graduates at scale. Rather than attending multiple recruitment events, you can exhibit at one or more Super Fairs and meet top students from all over the country.
All you need to do is bring one or two representatives from your company and prepare something to share with students. You are welcome to submit an agenda in advance, or let the questions students ask guide the conversation. Prosple will provide technical support and assistance throughout.
If you’re a Prosple client, get in touch with your account manager and let them know you’d like to participate in one or more events.
If you’re new to Prosple, you can get in touch with a member of our team, and we’ll chat to you about attracting top graduate talent through a Prosple Super Fair in the year ahead.
That’s all for now!
Keep an eye on the Prosple blog for more exciting opportunities! Let us know if you have any questions and we’ll do our best to answer.
