Your role

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to change management.
  • Assist with developing change management plans, including identifying change impacts, researching stakeholders, and conducting & analyzing surveys on TMO-related projects.
  • Support change managers in tracking and reporting on change progress and adoption.
  • Help create and deliver training programs and communications about organizational changes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the change management team.

About you

Education and Experience Required:

High School Degree 3rd Year of University completed--typically a degree specialization listed above.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
