Your role

Assist IBM Consulting Service Integration Hub (SIH) Communications Leader in executing the Communications and Employee Engagement Plan. Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Work with SIH team members to do and layout w3 articles and blogs to build awareness, understanding and support from other teams.
• Produce collaterals – including write-up, presentation and videos – to communicate the SIH East mission and value proposition.
• Develop and maintain communications channels such as Slack and emails to facilitate dissemination of information about IBM Consulting and SIH.
• Review and update the content in the GIC Portal and its child pages to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of communications.
• Provide logistics support for the organization of meetings.

About you

• Undergraduates majoring in English, Communications, or Business Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps, such as Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic video editing skills are welcome but not required.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are important.
