About The Program

What’s your ambition? Is it a big goal or small steps? Professional or personal? We’d like to know, because we make your ambitions our business. And if you have ambitions in property consultancy, helping you achieve them is what we do best.

Responsibilities 

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a Finance professional.

You will be on an 18-months rotational plan that exposes talents like yourself to different aspects of Finance. Spending 6 months in each rotation, you will get an opportunity to gain experiences across the following disciplines:

Controllership 

  • Support Global Corporate Segment team in the monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting processes, including monitoring adherence to the close calendar, ensuring quality and accuracy of global deliverables
  • Consolidation of reports and responses for Corporate Segment
  • Identify risks and opportunities to company operations and financial results with high focus on the quality of the balance sheet
  • Check that intercompany transactions are eliminated at the consolidated level
  • Support and participate in Global COE projects
  • To review the existing process and identify those that need to be streamlined and standardized globally
  • Manage key stakeholder expectations and influence change to migrate to a rigorous new process managed through tools, key operating metrics, operating rhythms and shared ownership

FP&A 

  • Participate in finance partnering activities across JLL’s Markets and Capital Markets segments.
  • Support timely and accurate reporting of the segments’ profit & loss, pipeline, deal volumes and market share analysis
  • Analyze and explain the drivers of business performance including revenues, costs, profits and headcounts
  • Drive growth and productivity by translating the firm’s objectives into budgets and forecasts
  • Communicate and organize reviews with country business heads, local finance teams and functional partners
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiency and productivity including the use of technology for management reporting
  • Support monthly reporting/forecasting, quarterly operating reviews, and annual budget process, covering:  
  • Communication of objectives, guidelines, ownership, and timelines
  • Organizing reviews between regional leadership and cluster management and finance teams.
  • Consolidate, review and analyze submitted financials from clusters, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and timely.
  • Provide business support to central functions and leaders at regional level, with financial insights
  • Help drive utilization of Tableau dashboard for management reporting
  • Ad hoc projects/tasks, as assigned

Work Dynamics Client Finance 

  • Interaction with different stakeholders including third-party service providers/vendors and key client personnel
  • Manage Vendor Payments
  • Manage Client Billings
  • Support and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable process
  • Accountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of JLL cash flow
  • Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis.
  • Responsible in ensuring month end closing procedures are properly performed and investigated i.e. Bank Reconciliation, GRNV
  • Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions

Requirements

  • You are a fresh graduate or with less than 2 years of working experience, and with a Bachelor’s degree in
  • Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management or similar relevant discipline. Friends describe you are a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.
  • Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
