Your role

This is a three-year graduate program where you’ll build broad business skills alongside risk knowledge and capability.

  • During your three years, you’ll complete a series of six-month rotations through a number of Risk Management teams across the firm.
  • The work will be varied and challenging and you’ll get real-time coaching, on-the-job development as well as impactful training.
  • You'll study towards a professional qualification in risk management that will provide you with further knowledge on how to deal with the problems PwC faces.

Training, development & rotation

The graduate training program is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal, and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.

You'll have the opportunity to rotate between roles in the key risk areas such as:

  • Independence and ethics
  • Management of technology risk
  • Prevention of financial crime
  • Compliance with laws and regulations
  • Enterprise risk management (ERM)
  • Managing the risks associated with the professional services activities within the various business units
  • Dealing with risk incidents and special projects.
