Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The first word that came into my thoughts about this question is open-minded. These amazing people who work here are very open to new ideas, new methods, new everything, no matter what their positions are. We have mutual respect for each other's opinions. Even when I was an intern, my supervisor valued my opinion. In terms of communication, truthfully it was hard at first since we're in a pandemic situation. But we tried our best to communicate our means to one another. We did several meetings and workshops to align our mind in the projects. As time went by, I became used to it and everything is well. As of after hours, my colleagues really respect my personal time. Even though the work hour is flexible (flexible as in I can do my job at any hour as long as it's done), we still have office hour which is from 9 AM to 6 PM. If my supervisor and colleagues reach me out outside the office hour, I am not obliged to reply them or do the job at that time. Instead, they asked my to get the job done the next day. I am very much grateful for this culture.

It's kinda hard socializing because of the wfh situation, so i only socialize with other storyboard artists and the director, but not with other divisions. I only interact with other divisions for work stuff.

I don't know very well because I've work here for about 11 months and 80% WFH. I've only experienced work with in the office and after hours with my colleagues in the same job title, and so far still good and fun

In my team, I see all working and well cooperate. Someone back up the task of a absent member since she was sick. Discussion also went well, I can freely ask when I faced trouble. The amazing part of working here is there are some extracurricular we can take to socialize.

The company is a bit of a hybrid between organic and mechanistic organization. The structure is now leaning to be mechanistic as it grows into a more settled company. However, the decisions at the lower level are usually made by consensus among team members. The teamwork is great. Everybody in the office know their responsibilities during work hours. The socialising usually begun after 6 pm. There are chatting and singing after hours.

My company has a great value and culture. There are no a big gap between the supervisors and the staffs. People here are friendly

I'd say the best thing about the work culture is that everyone's open-minded and innovative. Supervisors listen to everyone well. I feel appreciated, and for sure everyone does. My colleagues are nice. Hopefully I can meet them in person soon. Most of the members of my team live far, so I mostly meet other teams' members and they're also nice.
