I can tell the company is very open. I am one of the minority myself but they treat me equally.

Since it's online i don't really know about other divisions, etc. But like i said Zenius is a modern company, which is more open-minded, so i guess stuff like ethnic minorities, LGBT, etc, is not a problem here as long as you are a professional.

The recruitment is solely based on interviews and assessments. Everybody can join as long as they pass the assessments. There are no discrimination that I know of. Women competes fairly with men in regards of achieving top ranks. There is no child care arrangement in the office. The company based their maternity leave policy on the government's policy, so there is no additional maternity leave aside from it.
