Training & Personal Development at Zenius

The company gives good training. Even if they don't provide one, we can ask for a workshop with a specific topic that we want to learn.

I haven't really join any training

For my skill in writing, it has never been there yet. But I join some communities in my company such as Korean club, movie club, etc

I am very grateful that company provide development for employees.

The development programs focus mainly on critical thinking and teaching skills. Because the programs are still new, the curriculum needs to be improved to achieve the desired result from the employees. The link between development programs and benefits employees get from them is also a bit vague so nobody knows what will they get from aside increased skills.

The development program is very well designed and insightful. Fortunately it does not interfere with working hours.

Zenius holds training and development programmes occasionally. Sometimes a member of other team who specializes on something would kindly invite others to join a training or sharing session. For instance, Mas Afghan (SosMed Specialist) did hold workshops (for instagram and twitter strategy). The content writers (even though not from the same team) were able to come.
